We are building the
autonomous product discovery layer.
Regor continuously finds where relevant products are being missed, prepares safe improvements across search, product data, and merchandising, and measures what changed.
Discovery is where products get missed
Search is not a side feature of a store. It is where intent lives. One day of an Adobe Analytics feed from a major US retailer, representing 15,968 unique visitors, showed that 73.5% of people who bought something had searched first. When that search returns nothing, or returns weak or slow results, the sale does not just get harder. It disappears, and most teams never see it happen.
The usual fixes do not match the size of the problem. Replatforming is slow and risky. Manual merchandising happens once a week, while shopper behavior shifts by the hour. Point tools optimize one layer and ignore the rest. Meanwhile a new front door has opened: shoppers now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini what to buy, and catalogs that are not structured for them are simply invisible.
Regor was built to close that gap with autonomy instead of more dashboards. Regor's engine watches search, ranking, and product content continuously, proposes fixes, and applies them at the level of control you set. The result is a store that improves itself, with a full audit trail and rollback information on supported mutations.
Principles we build on
Evidence first
We separate observed storefront evidence from modeled estimates and label each one clearly.
Governed autonomy
Autonomous should never mean unaccountable. Regor logs autonomous changes, and supported mutations carry rollback information, at the autonomy level you choose.
Revenue honesty
We only count revenue we can actually attribute to a change. Before that data exists, we show estimates clearly labeled as estimates, and never bill on them.
"I started Regor because the most expensive problems in commerce are the ones nobody can see. A search that returns nothing leaves no trace, but it is a customer who came to buy and left empty-handed. We are building software that hunts down those silent losses and fixes them on its own, while keeping you fully in control of every change."
