1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Regor's website (regor.ai) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Regor provides a conversational search platform for online retailers. Regor interprets shoppers' natural-language requests inside your storefront search and applies them as filters, ranges, sort and query refinements on your existing search provider's results. Services include but are not limited to:

• Natural-language interpretation of shopping requests
• Search analytics and reporting
• Configuration of supported attributes and refinements
• Interpretation logs and usage reporting

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create a Regor account and provide access to your search provider configuration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with their operation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without written permission
• Use our services to transmit malicious code or harmful content

6. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is displayed on our website and may be subject to change. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services (including software, algorithms, text, graphics, and logos) are owned by Regor and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to access and process your data solely to provide and improve our services.

8. Interpretation of Shopper Requests

Regor interprets shopper requests automatically and applies only the refinements you have enabled to your existing search provider's results. An interpretation may misread a request, and Regor may leave a request unapplied when it cannot be mapped to a refinement you have enabled. Regor makes no changes to your store itself: it does not edit your catalog, prices, or theme. You remain responsible for your catalog data, your attribute configuration, and the refinements you enable, and for reviewing interpretation logs during your pilot. Regor is not liable for business outcomes resulting from an interpretation or a declined request.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data, and by our Data Processing Agreement.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Regor and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may stop using our services and end your pilot at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
